I am extremely glad that now I am aware of the golden toolkit, one must be knowing for developing a growth mindset. This toolkit consists of the following five pillars:

  1. SELF TALK

I always used to demotivate myself with my self talk without knowing the negative impact of it like, Shanzae this is not your kind, you can not do this, don’t give it a try etc. Surprisingly, it worked, and I felt that I am not meant for all my big goals. I don’t know why I have never used this power of self talk for constructive purposes. looking forward to implement it.

2. GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE

Well!l I always try to get out of my comfort zone but couldn’t succeed. May be because I never took myself into a challenging situations where I have no other options. This will definitely work as, how can you say that I can not do that before giving it a try.

3. CREATE NEW HABITS

This part is not new to me as I always try to learn something new every time, but my biggest lack in this perspective is not having good time management skills. I will work over it.

4. ASK PEOPLE FOR HELP

I have this thing already as when I came to know that a particular task needs the help of another person, I ask that person for help. So, this part of the toolkit, I am practicing already.

5. FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT

last one is also new to me. I never fake anything because I was unaware of its powerful effect. This is my favorite part of the toolkit and I would love to implement it in my life.

Obviously, all these totkay are extremely helpful in the development of a growth mindset. I am very excited to apply those, which I have never used before.
